Puppia is what has worked best for us thus far. I am still looking for something better though. We've tried Buddy Belt, chattiesmom, and a few others, and I always end up back with Puppia due to the comfort and the way it fits.

Though I must say, our plain ole' $10 nylon harness from Petsmart is being used more and more -- it's turned into our favorite. I am going to try the leather Choke Free next, I think.
