I've had dogs, and some cats, all my life and never have I seen a more pitiful sight after a surgery!
When I got to the vet I could hear Zoe yelping (they said she'd been doing it the whole time except when she was asleep
). As soon as she was in my arms she was quiet, still and wimpering. She's laying on me, and once in a while just wimpers in pain. She has her little cone on, keeps moving her mouth around like it hurts, and can't seem to stay comfortable for long at all. So sad!
At least she won't be up to antics with SB secrets today!
