Hi. Welcome to YT. I have never heard of an allergy to scotch guard but I would imagine it is possible. I would take her to the vet. She may need a little prednisone to help her if this is an allergic reaction. I would watch her for facial swelling, tongue swelling - which necessitates immediate trip to vet (even if at night to ER vet). I would take her to vet and not wait to see how it goes.
