Default Help aa spondylosis hip dysplasia

Hi, my 5 year 3 pound old yorkie Chip was diagnosed with Atlanto Axial Disolacation at the age of 1. He was put on a neck brace and bed rest and recovered very well. All of a sudden today he lost mobility of all 4 legs. He cant get up or walk. The vet diagnosed him with severe spondylosis and hip dysplasia. He put him on prednisone and suggested we tried acupunture. Anyone here has had any success with acupunture? HELPPPPPPP. Im willing to do anything and pay anything to get my baby moving again. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Adriana
