Thank you all for all the compliments. It makes me feel a lot better. I took Art and music in College.. Maaaaaaaany years ago.. When I married my x husband never would let me paint.. he always said it cost too much.. After 20 years of abuse an his alcoholism I finally got smart and left. it took him holding a gun to my head to finally make the light bulb come on.. I left .. that was 19 years ago. I remarried to a wonderful caring man.. He loves it when I paint.. I haven't even touch a brush for 25 years. It took me a bit to get the hang of it back.. Like the old saying , you never forget.. I have painted many furbabies an familys.. My husband said its time for me to paint our furbabies and us.. SO that is my next project. I have painted a wedding gift for 3 grandchildren when they got married.. and this one is for my son. So again.. THANKS to all... It really makes me feel good an I know I have acomplished something in my life when I see the expressions on everyones face when they get the painting.. So after the wedding I am going to try to do my husband an I and my furbabies.. So stay tuned!
