I am sorry your little Joey is suffering these problems. Definitely do not take him back to this groomer.

Have you had him evaluated by your vet for these problems? What kind of pill are you giving him and was it prescribed by the vet?

There are so many possibilities what could be wrong. Do you bathe him at home in between groomings? The shampoo and other hair products used at the groomer could be contributing to his problems, but it sounds like something else is going on and needs to be looked at by a qualified doctor.
