I agree with Steve, unless your vet has advanced eye training, I would ask for a referral to a specialist. They will probably send you to one right away.
The depression like thing in the middle of the cloudy circle looks like an ulcer, and the colored thing to the upper left of the cloudy circle looks like a potential blood vessel that has grown toward the ulcer.
