Glad,

Healthy eating means good organic vegetables and fruits as well as plenty of fibre. I think our biggest problems are sugar, fast food, and process food. All of these are killers for our bodies. I also think that pesticides that are sprayed on our fruits and vegetables are take away what God originally put in them and it is causing all kinds of havoc on our bodies. I've even considered starting a garden this upcoming year to start growing a lot of my own fruits and vegetables. I am doing the research now.
