I got my little puppy at about 8 weeks. His testes had already dropped.
But I swear they went back up and came down again after that.
Anyway - descended testes are something you can check on before you buy a male puppy. If they have not dropped yet, it is something you should discuss with the breeder at the time of purchase. Especially if you plan to breed your little dog.
Am I wrong - have I read that it costs a lot more to have a male neutered if his testes have not dropped??? This might be a consideration also.
