Thank you so much for this as it confirms my understanding to be correct which will no doubt disappoint my good lady wife.

The person who advised us was in fact the breeder and we have no idea as to why she said this but whilst in her house she did bring a bowl full in for her puppy litter and my puppy Raggs was one of them.

I looked in horror when she did this and she saw the look on my face and said it was OK to do this and advised us to continue.

When we collected Raggs I said to my good lady wife that there was no way on earth that I would feed a dog cows milk but I intended to verify this via this forum.
