I have been advised that I should give my 9 week old puppy skimmed milk mixed with water.

Now I have had dogs all my life and I have never ever given them cows milk as I did understand it was not a good idea.

My question to you guys out there is this....

Is it OK to feed my yorkie puppy skimmed cows milk ...

Please don't just answer with a yes or no I would like to know the "Why" part as well so if you say yes it is then please tell me why and the same with any no answers.
