I respect the ones who breed 2 in a row and retire sooner, My self i like to "skip" a season in between and retire my girls around 5 , depending on how well each pregnancy goes, since each one is a different experience.
I would however be worried if someone breeds every heat season, like someone mentioned in the other thread, it is not a good thing or the right thing to do.
A great thing is that you are taking your time to do your homework, you will find a nice breeder and be very happy with your puppy when it is time.
