OH Goodness!! Sorry to tell you this, but if you eat beef, then you are eating "bull meat".
My husband is in the cattle business, and both male and female are sold for the purpose of human consumption.
Male "bulls" that are going to be used for food are usually castrated early in life. The castrated males are then called "steers".
Also, I think several bullies can be made from one bull "weenie".
But I agree, there does seem to be a lot of bully sticks out there.
