We have a red Kong that looks like a bone and it has the opening at both ends with the jagged edges in the opening. I just put a doggie Yogurt drop in each end on both sides and Missy is going bananas over it. She's licking, she's biting, she's chewing - she's loving it!
She had to show Muffie our 10 year Yorkie! Can you believe that? But, in Muffie's defense, she does have a slightly loose permanent tooth in the front!*! LOL
We bought the doggie Yogurt drops in the petstore.
