Sorry you had an awful experience, taking your dog to the groomer should be a fun experience for both you and your dog. You need to be satisfied because you are the one paying the money... at the end of the day I don't care if I walk in and tell her to color my dog's hair purple and spike it, if I'm paying she should do what I say (btw I would NEVER DO THAT), also if your dog doesn't have fun, he will hate going there and cause more training problems. I'd rather have a dog who "dances on my head" which harley does from time to time when in our bed :P than have a dog who bites me when I come near him with clippers or a hair dryer.

I sure hope you can find someone who treats you and your dog the way my groomer does (wonderfully), if not there are some great resources on here and youtube so that you can learn how to do it yourself.
