 When puppies leave
Is there anyone who knows if there is some kind of a form that I can use to have a spay/neuter contract for when the pups go to their new homes? also, I want it in writing that if for any reason the new owners can no longer care for their pup that they must call me to see if I want it back first. I do not want these babies ending up in a shelter or byb/puppymill. If anyone can help I would appreciate it |
