Thanks, everyone. I'm really selective about my ice cream but do not like many of the less-sweet so-called gourmet ice creams, though many of those have the extra creaminess I so love. I really hope to find one that is sweet enough and extra, extra creamy(due to higher butterfat content?). So far I've gotten some goooood leads!!! I just eat ice cream in the summer usually and it is high time to get started on something new and wonderful.
