I am Melissa Barnes from Arkansas. I am not a USDA breeder. I am mainly a havanese breeder and on occasions will help a friend or family member sell some of thier puppies. I sent this person a private message to try and get some more info but she has not responed to me so i have no choice but to post a quote. I also contacted the yorkietalk administarator to try and get this worked out and they said it is a free blog and a person can write whatever they want about a breeder, a vet, or a website and i was informed that they were not going to remove the post and i was welcome to join and write a response.
