We are new Yorkie parents. Alphie is 15 wks. old. We have had other pets, all of which have been female. Alphie, however is male. So we have a few questions. 1. at what age is grooming a good idea.? He is getting pretty shaggy, but we are afraid he will look like "a big boy" instead of a puppy. 2. he is nipping and biting while playing. We have tried everything but spraying water at him. We can't bring ourselves to do it. Just seems mean, to us. A firm "NO", the alternate toy, and ignoring all seem to work temporarily. Any suggestions?
