I think you need to speak from your heart and tell her how you really feel about this, no matter what she sounds like she is going to do as she wants, so I am not sure how much it would help, but maybe if she heard you speak from your heart and not in a lecturing mode- maybe she will think about it next time.
Depending on how good of a friend she is, If it were me and one of my friends I would reconsider my friendship.
