Default Should I Get a Second Puppy

Hello everyone. I'm new here (my first post). I got my first puppy ever (Bailey) about 4 weeks ago (he's 12 weeks old now) and I've learned so much from reading these boards. Now I have an issue that I need help with. My breeder contacted me and let me know that my puppy's brother had never been picked up by the family that was going to keep him. She wanted to know if I wanted him because she remembered that I had said I'd like 2 puppies since we leave Bailey alone for 9 hours 3 days a week while we work. I wasn't sure if we could handle another puppy so I asked if we could "borrow" him for the day (he's here now). Well, he is a wonderful puppy. I can't even believe they are from the same litter, he's so different from our Bailey. First he's like 2 times the size and second, he is so calm and not nippy at all (Bailey is so hyper and that's what we love about him, lol). The problem is I really want to keep the puppy (so do my kids and hubby), but I'm not sure if Bailey is "feeling" him. I cannot put the poor puppy down withouth Bailey trying to fight or play with him (I can't really tell the difference). I can tell Bailey is jealous and "puppy" is not really liking Bailey bothering him all the time. Would it be fair to both puppies if I kept him? Will they get over this? I really need help before we fall in love with him. I'm sorry for rambling.

BTW they are both sleeping together in the sleepy pod as I'm writing this. Thanks.
