Everyone, this is so awesome!! You are going to be so excited to attain your goals! Obviously we have a wide variety of goals here, and some will definitely get there faster than others, but you can ALL get there if you choose to.
I wish everyone the best, and will have an assignment for you tomorrow! (Kara, you have already accomplished this and I got the idea from you, so you are ahead of the game!)
In the meantime, be thinking about healthy eating, and what that means to you! If you want to post about that, I would be interested in hearing what your ideas are.
