Can't wait to see the pics once you get the extensions on your yorkie! I wish I was a "hair girl." I had long straight hair as a teen, then had to wear it braided and up all the time I was in the Navy, eventually cut it very short. Through it all, I never really learned how to style my hair! I even went to a few weeks of "beauty school" when I was in high school -- yes, I was a beauty school drop out, just like on Grease! LOL! Luckily I had all boys so I did not have to deprive any daughters of hair styling teachings.
Mine is usually a mess but I have a no-fuss style that sort of works. My poor Annie (yorkie) doesn't get near the foo-foo work she deserves. In fact, we are going in for their summer short do's this next week. So, we will all have the no-fuss styles. But I envy those with the artistic flair!
