I have never had a weight problem in my life. i know how lucky I am, but in the past year since Iv'e not been working and in menopause I have gained 8 lbs and can't fit into my jeans. So I either but all new jeans or loose 5 lbs. i know it does not seem like a lot but it's all around my middle my arms and legs are still skinny. I started working out 4 days ago but I hate it. My big weakness is sugar. I live on it candy, soda cookies etc. I need to cut that out!
