Ya, I had a carpet color issue with it too, I've actually had that issue with every pet stair remover I've tried except "the equilizer". All the others either didn't get the stain or the odor out, or discolored the carpet in that spot. It's in a aerosal spray can and you basically just spray and let it go, no scrubbing needed. I do go back and blot with a damp rag after a few minutes, but you don't really even have to (I do "soak" up the pee first though by just pressing a rag into it, then spray). It works AMAZINGLY. The vet I used to work for sold it, but now I buy it online, here's a link:
