Thank you for this advice which I will of course have a go at.
As far as massaging her ears goes that is a job she would allow me to do all day and all night if I was so inclined, she just love me doing it.
I am more concerned about her overall coat and how it looks as Raggs is so smooth looking but I do know it may well change on him as well.
