Your little angels are absolutely precious! Makes me want another one. You might try trimming the excess hair off the ears to help them stand. The extra hair just adds weight to the ears. Also try massaging them anytime they will let you. When they teeth, the ears usually go up and down. You're lucky that her ears are already triying to stand. It took my Betty Boop's ears at least a year before they decided to stand for good.
Have fun with your little darlings. They grow up fast, but I have found that the "puppy" in them will always be there. My Betty Boop will be 2 in June and she is still playing like a puppy.
