I finally emailed the managing director of the Humane Society where I had the titre done. Within three hours I had a reply with the test reports attached!!! I am so happy, because of the length of time it took them to reply I thought I would have to do the test again. Mogwi is so small they had to take the sample from his jugular vein and I did not want to put him through that again. Plus it would have meant another six month wait! As it is the test was done February 22 so he will be good to go in August. I can't wait to see him with my family here in the UK, also the rules regarding dogs are much kinder here and there are no parks that ban dogs that I know of anyway. He will get to run around in the forest next to our house and to play with the neighborhood (small) dogs!
