Basically you have to go to the link below, Open File, Select Your Pic, Image, Resize/Resample, then on the left select either 640 X 480 or 800 X 600.....then I usually save it to a diff folder that's easy to find (called resized
).

Manage Attachments. Browse & find your resized pics, click upload and they should be on your post.
