Some dishes may or possibly could have been invented in UK but you can bet your socks if it was then it was by an Asian or Chinese person.

I confess I totally agree Brian! There is no English Curry. Just curry's made in an English type style. Like the Curry we have here is Americanized most likely.

The Curry House I go to here in Sarasota rotates her chefs from India every 6 months. She claims it's so they don't get Americanized
