I need all the support I can get! I am going to the grocery today and I already threw out all the bad food. So here we go!
Beginning stats:
Age- 28 on Jan. 22, 2006
Weight- 167

(i weighed 134 5 years ago wore a size 6 and thought i was ok but would have liked to have been 10 lbs. less)
Height- 5' 5"

My goal 125 lbs. or size 4 whichever comes first. So I can have a baby and be healthy for me and the baby!
