I have two large Kwigy Bo Alex bags and both of my pups fit in them. They ride pretty snugly, but they are never in the bags for very long. I definitely think it's something that can be done, but I think the two dogs have to get along pretty well. My two never leave eachother's sides, so it's not a big deal to ride so closely together
