I'm looking for a reputable breeder in the north Texas area. I've done a lot of research but am finding it a little overwhelming to find a decent breeder that cares more about the breed than the money they are making. We bought our first Yorkie from a backyard breeder simply because we didn't know any better. We had her a week before she was diagnosed with a liver shunt. Our vet told us she only had 3 months to live. With lots of care (and money) she lived to be 7. That was 6 years ago. I'm finally ready to allow myself to love another Yorkie. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
