My little boy is only 7 months, but he regressed too for a little while when we got our new little girl a few weeks ago. I know it's a different situation, but he has gone back to his good potty behavior.
I've heard that sometimes yorkies will regress, so this is probably semi-normal. So try to stay patient and hopefully it will just be a phase.
