He is very cute. I love the brown fringe around his ears. Buster had that and it was one of the reasons I fell in love with him. Ask the breeder if they have done any testing for hereditary issues. If not ask if the mother, father, or litters have had luxating patella, liver shunt, collapsed trachea, or other issues. California does have puppy lemon laws but it is very heart breaking when you have all ready fallen in love and your puppy gets sick. I wish you and this little cutie all the best.
