I have heard three different things. (1) You double the weight at 12-weeks.... (2) You double the weight at 12-weeks and then add a pound.... and (3) My Vet told me that you Triple the weight at 12-weeks.
Riley was about
3lbs. 5oz. at 12-weeks old.
He turned 1-year, yesterday and he weighed
in at
8lbs 2oz. last Tuesday, May 3rd.
His Momma was 8lbs. and his Daddy was 4lbs....
I think he is the Perfect weight. Small enough to take anywhere
but I'm not too worried about him jumping/running and playing with
other pups that we run into in the city.
