Default Limping pup

Lexi, I'm going through the same thing with my 10 yo yorkie. The vet can't find anything wrong with her. She does it the most when she gets up in the morning and after a nap. The only thing they can find is she hasn't got the same range of motion with her head from side to side. She doesn't seem to hurt and runs just fine after she's been up for a while. The vet gave me medicam (I think that is what it is) to give her if she gets worse. We are watching her closely.

The vet mentioned a possible pinched nerve.
