Thanks everyone. I feel a little better. It sounds like I'm not the only one who's had a hard time cutting nails.
One of the problems I have is all the hair around her toenails. It's hard to see the toenails sometimes until you get all that hair away from the nail. By then they know what you're up to and start to wiggle around and try to get away.
So I trimmed the hair from around her toenails, and it was a lot easier to cut the nails. I was able to finish cutting them, and Tinker Belle was very patient about it, and I didn't make her squeak anymore.
I'm hoping the more I do it, the better I will get at it.

P.S. I gave her a bully stick and she forgot about the whole thing.
