Thanks for your posts. They did answer my question. I was not thinking about using this as a daily meal, just a once in a while. I was making chicken and rice for the family the other night and wondered if I couldn't give Copper a little. He loves plain chicken. Didn't know about the rice until I saw it mentioned here recently. Thanks again!
