I do not know much about coats but Buster is approaching 2 years. I thought his hair was thinning but when the groomer was drying him it really showed how much his coat was changing to silver. His back is still black on top but underneath is is all changing to silver. He has more of a silky coat but it is seeming to have more texture now more cowlicks.
