I had waited to get a yorkie for 6 years so expensive but finally financially able to get, Bitty at 6 months He is traditional not carrier. I took my time and looked for about 10 months to get him. I was told he would be 4.5 pounds ,but he is a 3.3lbs. Hes 9 months now didn't grow a bit. I know no one can be sure on the size. The lady I bought him from was really nice and I trusted her. I am very happy with my little love bug , He is gold and blue pretty teeth no bits and good posture. I was going to get a yorkie for my daughter 12 year old birthday, but it was yesterday. BTW she is very resposable does all her chores makes straight A's and is great with Bitty. Since it is for my daughter i really wanted to make sure it was 4.5 to 5 pounds. I'm not seared she will hurt her. Just want to be safe. So anyways I really don't want it to take another 10 months to find a yorkie. But I know what I want. I waited 6 years and 10 months for first one guess it wont hurt to wait again. Just so hard. lol. Thanks for the info. |
If you are looking to have breeding right I can guarantee you that YTCA will not allow breeding right. If you read their website all dogs are to be sold on Spay/Neuter contracts. The members of the YTCA keep very tight clean lines and do not sell for breeding purposes and would never allow their lines to be mixed with just any AKC registered Yorkie. I really think you are going about your search the wrong way and need a lot more information that you are currently armed with about the breed.
