I like the 6" size sticks, the longer ones I just cut in half, as they are too long for my guys to carry around. How long they last depends upon how vigorously your dog chews. Ruby mostly just gnaws on a stick, so one would last her days. My other guys can have one chewed in a matter of a few hours.
