 Changing coat
Not sure if this is the right forum, but I thought breeders would know the answer.
Shadow is 1 year old. I know the color changing is normal, but does the texture of the coat change too?
She has what I've considered to be a cottony coat, very thick, grows fast, a little wavy on her back, etc. I've noticed lately that her chest and the front of her neck are very different. Thinner, softer, a little silkier.
Is it possible to have a combination coat? Oh, and the color change seems to be going up from her legs to her back, I thought it started on the back.
