Awwww, you can't mean that the same sweet little face in your avatar did all this barking?! What a cutie!!!!! I am no expert on training but sounds like if she stopped, it worked. Lily also occasionaly thinks things are happening outside without her. Generally after a scolding or two she gives up and goes back to bed. Hope she decides to let you sleep from now on.
