OMG it's crazy. You feel like you are literally running a brand new restaurant. You have to design it and be available to serve your food when it's ready. If you don't serve your food on time it spoils and you have to start cooking all over again. My mom and I started playing at the same time and she had to cancel appointments with friends to be able to manage her restaurant.
