Default somewhat regular vomiting.. please help

I have posted quite a few times regarding Reese's weight problem and that she is prone to vomiting. All of the appropriate tests were taken a short while ago..

Thyroid, various blood tests, all were thankfully negative. My vet does feel that she might have colitis, or a very slight case of pancreatitis, but nothing was ever confirmed. What we do know for sure is that she is vomiting clear bile, mixed with undigested food on a regular basis. At times it looks like pure water.

We are working on two separate issues, or at least that is what I was told. She is overweight to some degree, for her frame, yet she seems to vomit more than she eats. We have added a few new foods in recent weeks if not months but she did seem to handle them pretty well. We would ween her off old food for week, and then add a new food, wait at least three days and possibly add another. We do the same as I did for my human babies. Making sure that her stomach will agree with the new foods.

I am extremely worried about her this evening. She had vomited more than we have ever seen, over the past few hours. My vet is not in.. the emergency is, but I am not too thrilled about that office and to be honest they charge an absolute fortune. Obviously if it is necessary and she continues this over the next couple of hours or seems lethargic. we will take her.

I was wondering if anyone has gone through this. I must admit that over the past couple of years.. she is almost 3 1/2 it seems to be getting worse. I have asked my vet on many occasions for the best food/diet.. and was told to put her on Eukanuba Optimum weight loss.. I never saw any results. We have now changed her to Wellness.. does anyone else use it? I have now heard that it might be too rich for her, aside the fact that the kibbles are huge. She is on Wellness lite.

If you do have experience with continuous vomiting, please contact me. It always seems that when we feel we must start taking all of the tests again, she stops vomiting for a week or so. Any advice would be appreciated. My teenage daughters are extremely upset tonight and would like to be able to console them. We did research it on sevearl sites, but there weren't too many answers.

Sorry, as usual, for my longwinded questions. Thanks you for all of your help. We wish all of you a very Happy and Healthy New Year.
