I had the drinkwell platinum for 2 years and it was a terrible thing to clean I dreaded it so many pieces! So I looked up and decided on the drinkwell 360 stainless steal after the video on there website said there is really only 2 pieces to clean. We have only had it for a week but it keeps the water even colder then the old one. I got mine from buy.com for 59.00but it looks like they raised there price.
