Have you tried frontline? If you still have fleas, you obviously have not conquered it the best you can. There should be NO fleas. ANd Obviously advantix is not working if its only been three weeks , and there are fleas. And just so you know, if you see a couple on her, there is sure to be many many more. You must treat your home!!! You must clean and wash EVERYTHING. Including all blankets, pillow, carpets , etc. Every two weeks until the problem is completly solved. Which we recommed a minimum of 3 months of doing this at our clinic. Frontline is not effected by regular baths. But you must make sure the dog is completly dry when you apply it. You also must not let them get wet for 24 hrs afterward!! You also must be sure you apply it to your dogs skin! and not just the hair. You must follow all the instructions for it to work properly. ANd then treat everything in your home and clean clean clean. Untill all the fleas are gone. And you must keep frontline up to date, every 4 weeks. |
