I really think the puppy got into something. If you are on the phone with Linda tell her what I think.
If it were me I would be calling the owner and insisting on a list of meds that are in the house. Something could have been dropped and she picked it up. Such a sever problem wouldn't have shown up over night. Especially the pupils becoming more dilated in such a short time.
