I allow my Yorkies to express their feelings with growling or teeth showing..sometimes a puppy needs to be snapped at a few times..but most learn not to bother the adult unless invited...I would discourage snapping...take a hold of Snickers muzzle and firmly say no bite...find something else for him to do..yelling is not needed...your are the pack leader, you do not stand for his bahavior...
